HHS obtained a jury verdict for $30 million on behalf of the Pauma Band against Harrah's Operating Company, Inc. in a business interference action.
Enriquez v. Edward D. Jones & Co.:
HHS, as co-lead class counsel, obtained a $127 million settlement with Edward Jones & Co. arising from allegations of a commission kick-back program.
In re MAT Five LLC Securities Litigation
